If you're not receiving our emails, try these steps:

## Step 1: Check Spam/Junk
Our emails sometimes get filtered. Look for emails from:
- notifications@obituarymonitor.com
- support@obituarymonitor.com

## Step 2: Verify Your Email
Go to Account > Settings and confirm your email address is correct.

## Step 3: Add to Safe Senders
Add our email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list.

## Step 4: Check Email Provider
Some corporate email systems block notifications. Try adding a personal email as backup.

## Gmail Users
Check the "Promotions" or "Updates" tab where notifications may be filtered.
