Watch Statuses Explained

Watches can have different statuses that affect monitoring.

Status Types

Active Watches

• Being scanned 24/7
• Will generate match notifications
• Count toward your plan limit

Paused Watches

Temporarily pause monitoring:

1. Click watch card
2. Click "Pause"
3. Monitoring stops
4. Does NOT count toward limit

Resume anytime by clicking "Resume".

Archived Watches

Watches are archived when:

• You confirm a match
• You manually archive them
• You no longer need monitoring

Archived watches:

• Preserved for records
• Can generate reports
• Can be restored
• Don't count toward limit
