# Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

## To Cancel

1. Go to Account > Subscription
2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
3. Select a reason (optional)
4. Confirm cancellation

## What Happens

• Monitoring continues until end of billing period
• No refund for partial months
• Your data is preserved for 30 days
• You can reactivate anytime

## Alternative Options

• Downgrade - Switch to a lower plan instead
• Archive Watches - Reduce active watches temporarily

## Reactivating

Simply log in and choose a plan to reactivate. Your previous watches will still be there.
