Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To Cancel
- Go to Account > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens
- Monitoring continues until end of billing period
- No refund for partial months
- Your data is preserved for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime
Alternative Options
- Downgrade - Switch to a lower plan instead
- Archive Watches - Reduce active watches temporarily
Reactivating
Simply log in and choose a plan to reactivate. Your previous watches will still be there.
