Change your plan

Starter, Individual, or Plus

New signups are billed monthly. People who already subscribe, including older plans such as Power, keep their current plan until they change it.

1. In the sidebar, select Subscription.
2. Choose the plan you want.
3. Follow the checkout steps to confirm.
4. Your new watch limit shows on the Watches page as soon as the change goes through.

Upgrades take effect right away. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Moving to a smaller plan? If you have more watches than the new plan allows, your existing watches are kept, but you can't add new ones until you're under the limit. Delete watches you no longer need, or confirm matches to free slots.

Professional plans

Professional plans are managed by our team, so changes are made through a short request form.

1. In the sidebar, select Subscription.
2. Under What do you need?, choose Add licensing for more watch slots or team seats (callout 1), Cancel or reduce (callout 2), or Billing question (callout 3). For anything else, choose Something else.
3. If you're adding capacity, enter your Desired watch capacity (callout 4).
4. Add any Details (callout 5), such as timing, then send the form. We'll reply by email.
