Connecting Clio
Connect your Clio account to sync time entries.
Before You Begin
- Active Clio account required
- Permission to authorize third-party apps
Step 1: Go to Integrations
Navigate to Integrations from your sidebar.
Step 2: Click Connect Clio
Click the blue "Connect Clio" button.
Step 3: Authorize in Clio
- Log in to your Clio account
- Review the permissions
- Click "Authorize"
Step 4: Confirmation
You'll be redirected back with a success message.
What Gets Synced
- Time entries you create
- Activity descriptions
- Matter associations
Troubleshooting
- "Clio not configured" - Contact support
- Authorization denied - Check your Clio permissions
- Token expired - Click "Reconnect"
