Daily National Intelligence uses the same Compliance page and terms as Daily County Intelligence.
- If you see an attestation required banner, select Go to Compliance, or go to
/app/developer/compliance. - Read the acceptable-use terms.
- Check the box to agree on behalf of your organization, and select the Record attestation button.
What the terms say
- Notices come from published obituaries and public web sources. They aren't a government death registry, and a missing notice doesn't prove someone is alive.
- We don't use motor-vehicle records (DPPA) or nonpublic financial information (GLBA).
- ObituaryMonitor isn't a consumer reporting agency. Don't use the data for FCRA-covered decisions.
- You're responsible for lawful use where you operate.
