Start your free trial

1. Go to Start your 5-day free trial.
2. Pick one state (callout 1). Your free trial covers every county in it.
3. Create your account (callout 2) and add a card. Nothing is charged today.
4. Your trial starts right away and lasts 5 days.

During the trial you get the full product for every county in the state you picked: notices, family members, property matching where it's available, and every delivery method. You can create your own API keys. To cover more states, add them after the trial at $249/mo each.

When your trial ends

If you signed up online, your card is charged $249/mo per state when the trial ends, and then every month, unless you cancel first. Your access and settings carry on without a break.

Cancel, or update your card

If you signed up at Start your 5-day free trial and added a card, Billing is in the sidebar under Account, including during the trial.

1. Select Billing.
2. Select Manage billing. That opens a secure payment page.
3. From there you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again after that. That page doesn't change your plan or your states. To add or remove a state, contact support.

If our team set up your account

You won't see Billing in the sidebar, and there isn't a cancel button in the portal. Email support@obituarymonitor.com from the email address on your account to cancel, or to continue service when the trial ends. We'll confirm by email.

How billing works

• One flat price per state: $249/mo, whether you cover one county or the whole state.
• Billed monthly.
• Refunds are at our discretion.
• Family members are included at no extra cost.
