Inviting Team Members
Step 1: Click Invite Member
- Go to Team Management in sidebar
- Click "Invite Member" button
Step 2: Enter Details
Required:
- Full Name: Jane Attorney
- Email: jane@smithlaw.com
Step 3: Select Access Level
| Role | Can View | Can Edit | Billing |

| Full Access | All | All | No |
| Read Only | All | None | No |
Full Access:
- View all watches and matches
- Create, edit, delete watches
- Acknowledge matches
- Generate reports
- Manage cases
Read Only:
- View all watches and matches
- View cases and reports
- Cannot make changes
Step 4: Send Invitation
- Review details
- Click "Send Invitation"
- Email sent to team member
Team Member List
Columns

Member Statuses
- Active (Green) - Invitation accepted
- Pending (Amber) - Not yet accepted
- Disabled (Gray) - Access suspended
Managing Team Members
Changing Access Level
- Find the team member
- Click the access level dropdown
- Select new level
- Changes take effect immediately
Resending Invitation
For pending invitations:
- Click actions menu (...)
- Select "Resend Invitation"
Removing Member
- Click actions menu
- Select "Remove Member"
- Confirm removal
- Access revoked immediately
Team Activity Tracking
Activity Log
Navigate to Team > Activity to see:
- All actions by team members
- Timestamps
- What was changed
- Who made changes
Security Notes

What Team Members CAN'T Access:
- Billing information
- Subscription settings
- Other team member management
- Account owner settings
Best Practices
- Full Access - Attorneys, senior staff
- Read Only - Assistants, clients
- Monitor activity for compliance
- Remove access promptly when needed
